Most of the team game history can be traced back to several centuries back and some of the famous being sports games used to be played by our ancestors is none other than the hockey and polo. Sumo is not just a sports event in Japan but it was significantly associated with the Japanese culture in the ancient era. There are even matches held for deciding the future king of the country!

In the 13th century A.D., the Rolling Stones became one of the favorite pastimes of humans which eventually transformed to ten-pin bowling. Some of the earliest evidence is about stone throwing was found from English manuscripts and this was in 13th century and there was sufficient evidence is to prove that these word games played by ancient humans.

By fourth century BC, boxing became one of the most brutal games played by the Greeks and the game had this shadow thereafter. It was in the 18th century that boxing got the modern face by English and was reborn as a reward based fight.
The idea to grant prices and other rewards for the players boosted the fame of sports. Athletes and players well recognized all over the country and for the same reason there are many newcomers who wanted to prove themselves and wanted to get attention.
